Shipping policy

Shipping area: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping costs
- Mainland: free, with no minimum order.
- Balearic Islands: €4.99.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €8.50.

Delivery time
The usual delivery time in mainland Spain is 24-48 working hours. Times are approximate and counted in working days.

Cut-off time, weekends and holidays
Orders confirmed before 4:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

High-demand periods
During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery may take one or two extra days.

Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
